Nissan Motor India Private Ltd, under  their CSR initiative, has partnered with Sevalaya to implement the innovative Air to Water Project in Arignar Anna Zoological Park, Vandalur.

Under this Project, the moisture in the atmosphere is condensed into water by an Atmospheric Water Generator ,purified and Remineralized and safe and pure drinking water is provided to the visitors at the 2 water kiosks set up in the zoo. 

The Air to Water plants were inaugurated by Shri K.Ramachandran, Honourable Minister for Forests on Saturday, the 18th December in the presence of  Tmt Supriya Sahu,IAS, Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Environment, Climate change and Forests and Dr.Shekar Kumar Niraj, IFS, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & Chief Wildlife Warden of TamilNadu. V. Karunapriya IFS, Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & Director, Arignar Anna Zoological Park, Vandalur, Dr.S Kanchana IFS, Deputy Director, Arignar Anna Zoological Park, Vandalur, Vani Aiyer, General Manager - Corporate Communication, Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd, and V. Muralidharan,  Founder and Managing trustee of Sevalaya were present during the inauguration.
